A few investigators do not have a good feeling about continuing education. Investigations are a service to the 'Legal Profession' and that service is based on "Knowledge, Training, Education and Experience. We love the short phrase, "Learn & Earn"!  The term, knowledge is power, was never so true as in this profession. Continuing Education is not the total answer to all problems facing investigators today; however, in the long run it is good for the profession and what is good for the profession is good for the individual investigator.

 

Today most CE seems to be obtained by attending seminars. Having attended hundreds of seminars, I can truly say, "I learned something at every one." However, most of the time I never felt my time or money was well spent. Usually the questions I had were not answered or I was wishing the speaker had spoke on another topic. When starting out there were questions like, "How to, What if, Where do I, Why do that, When do I ... etc."  A fine example is, "How could I get sued for simply parking in the wrong spot?" When those were answered to my satisfaction ... my business began to show a profit. SOoooo, we are going to make some changes to fix that problem.

 

We will provide small classes or seminars on any investigative topic for any investigator. You, the investigator, will call and tell us the date and time you want to attend. [Of course, during a reasonable time frame] If you do not have the time or desire to travel, simply name the specific topic of interest to you and you may purchase a recording on that topic. In regard to questions ... you, the investigator, will make a list of questions and send that list to us. Those questions will be answered by a person qualified by education and/or experience or by a panel of qualified people.

 

We also have a nice little 'investigative library'. Should you wish to gain your CE by reading a book or books ... we rent them to you for only $10.00 a week.  Most of our books cost over $100.00 each.

 

The nice part about our Continuing Education ... it will cost you only $10.00 per CE hour. Don't matter if you are seated in class or watching a recording at home. The best part is you may attend class or a seminar at a time and date of your choosing. You should not have to miss work and you have the opportunity to gain knowledge on a subject of your choice..
